A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.

I worked in my small journal yesterday. I didn't want to do anything that required too much detail ...just fast and fun.

I started this piece in another journal. I haven't been in my journals for a bit and I miss them when I'm away for too long. They're always quick little paintings but I really enjoy doing them.

This is the initial background color for this painting. I'm really drawn to this color combo and seem to be using it often.

I've been creative every day on this art challenge....omg!! I don't even know what day I'm at....lol. I do know that I haven't taken a day off yet....lol. The hardest part is all this blogging...lol.

fill your heart with art

You are the top of the class, Manon! You really are doing your homework. This is a tough thing you are doing. I don't know whether your creativity is triggered by the challenge or the challenge just happens to fall on your creative cycle? Either way, these are fine sketches. I think this is the first time I have seen short haired women here. Keep it up. Oh and thank you for loving my nuts!

I've done a few short haired girls, Ces, but not many. Sisterfriend..... I need a vacation after this...lol. It's not so much the art but all the blogging....lol.

Thank you, Wanda! Ya... I suspect that there's not as much going on in January and it might be a little easier.

Thanks for reminding me, Doulgas. I thought I may have been on day 22...lol.

I like Short Hair best too! There is something a little wintry - but not at all frosty! - about the color palette and her demeanor. It continues to amaze me what you can do in a so-called quick little sketch, girl...good to see you haven't fallen off the challenge yet. Apparently you are made of strong stuff!

Vous devez être épuisée ma chère Manon avec une telle accélération de créations... au plus grand plaisir de mes yeux qui les dégustent tour à tour... j'ai l'impression de me trouver devant la vitrine d'un bon pâtissier... Bisous

Beautiful background colors, too!
