I've been thinking about all my friends lately. I have friends that have been in my life for many years, there are those I've reconnected with after a long absence, the ones I've recently made and the friends that I've met through blogging and Facebook. Omg....I am truly blessed!!! I take huge comfort in knowing that I have so many ears that will listen to me, support me and laugh at my stupid comments and jokes!!! I can only hope to be a great friend also. We are all on different journeys but we are bound together by friendship, love, hope and respect!! A big *THANKS* to all my awesome buddies!!! : )

I have been reflecting too, about friends that I have made along my journey and in blog land.
I was thinking about how my life has become so much fuller.
So much richer, my horizon so much bigger because of friends that I have made along the winding paths of my journey.

The friends I have made through blogging were such a pleasant 'side effect' that I never expected. I sit here in front of the computer and connect with people across the world. It is just wonderful.

Isn't it great how our definitions of friendship change over the years? Some of my best friends are people I've known forever but don't see for months or years at a time, and others are new and known only through Blogger but they somehow support and enrich my life more than people I see every day! So many ways to spread the love around! Thanks for being such a good blogfriend, you! We really need to work on getting that in-person thing happening someday soon!

hey Manon, well you have a heavenly blue in this, and how tight and elegantly made are the arms, the long gaze of the sitter .... as for friends... a few years ago I noticed that all my friends were getting wrinkled and their tummy's were getting slightly bigger, apart from that they were all going nutty .... 'thank goodness', I thought to myself, 'I'm the only one who hasn't changed' :)
Friendship is a beautiful thing, Manon. The world would not be the same without it. I feel blessed to have met you through blogging and I am enjoying getting to know you better on this journey.
