inspired by Lynne Hoppe

non dominant hand painting

A couple of years ago I was invited to participate in Carmen Torbus's book the Artist Unique. Today I was going through it and was inspired by my friend, Lynne Hoppe. She talks about painting with her non dominant hand. Well..... I needed to find my rhythm today so I thought that this was a perfect exercise for me. Believe me when I tell you that it's not easy. I also gave myself a ten minute maximum. It forced me out of my comfort zone for sure. I will be honest in the fact that I used my right hand at the very end for a couple of things!! lol!!

Thank you, Lynne!! I really enjoyed it!!

I got to break out my Caran d'Ache crayons for this. I haven't used them in over a year so it was fun to play!!

Btw.... In the next week I will be doing a giveaway!! Yay!! I'm going to be giving away a necklace so stay tuned!!

fill your heart with art
